Little Hands Saved In Time

Christmas Eve we spent the morning chasing this cute little boy.

Buddy Bee sporting a new shirt with a very true saying.

Our child has a weird fascination with his tooth brush.
The fascination this morning would mean a whole lot more when we found a new tooth later that night.
This new tooth would be #9 for our little Bee.

A mischievous little smile as he tries to pull Oliver's tail.

It will always amaze me how fast his little energy fades.

Getting very sleepy.

Before our little Bee went down for his nap we had a little project.
Last year, around Christmas, we took a clay hand print of our 6 month old little Bee and we wanted to continue with this tradition.

Our supplies all ready.

The clay ready for our hand model.

A family of hands.

We would soon learn that our print would not be as easy as last year.

Our little Bee only wanted to dig his little fingers into the clay.
We would attempt our little hand print twice before we realized that his print was perfect the way it was.

Buddy Bee's finger tips dug into his 2011 hand print is a perfect memory of a 1 year old bee.

We will let it air dry and frame it in a shadow box to hang on our wall.

Merry Christmas from our hands and home to yours.
