No 4th of July parade for the Buddy Bee this year but definitely next year! We spent the day at the cabin working on the mess of a lawn. Buddy Bee's Meemaw came by for a visit. He loved the balls she brought him and has not stopped carrying them around. We might have missed the parade but the Buddy Bee was in full patriotic spirit with his flags!
We ended our day at the cabin with a family dinner out on our new porch. The Buddy Bee enjoyed his very much!
We even got the pouty face when he realized there was no more avocado (his favorite). Because he enjoyed dinner so much and since he was wearing a large amount of it the Buddy Bee got his first bath at the new house! We could not take him home looking like he did.
We love fireworks and are looking forward to sitting on our porch in the years to come watching them but this year they just frustrated me. The Buddy Bee had a rough bedtime because of the them. Even with his fan and sound machine on they still woke him up. Next year he will be able to enjoy them!
