Kitchen Blues

Painting resumed at the cabin this week.
I have been very anxious to see the color we picked out for the kitchen and at first
I was not sure we made the right choice.

It's VERY blue.

The kitchen, along with the living room, will have red accents.

Still not sure about the color.

Liking the blue a lot more now.

We are going to give it a week or two before we decide if we keep it the same color.
Adding the second coat and trim work should help with our decision as well.

Buddy Bee may have stayed out of the blue paint for the moment but later that night we had a green Buddy Bee! He was using the green paint can as a drum and Mommy and Daddy figured he could not hurt to much doing that. That would be a decision we would soon regret. Buddy Bee had pushed the can on it's side, gotten the lid off, and dumped green paint all over the living room. It would take Andrew and I a few seconds to even register what our child was doing. Buddy Bee was finger painting in a pool of green paint. We scooped up our Bee along with the tarp that was fortunately under him and headed outside to hose him off. Of course I did not get any pictures of our green little Bee but at the time we were more focused on keeping paint off of everything!

Never a dull moment with the Buddy Bee!
