Day Out With Thomas

His special day was here!
Today, Buddy Bee takes a ride on Thomas the Tank Engine!

He wasn't quite awake for our departure.

3 hours later Buddy Bee was awake and anxious for his train ride.

As we parked our car we had our first Thomas spotting!

We were running late due to several Buddy Bee potty breaks and getting stuck in traffic so when we arrived at the station our train was ready and waiting.  So glad we made it just in time.....there might have been some running to the train station with the Bee tucked under Daddy's arm.

This little boy deserved this trip.  The deployment was hard on him....it was beyond hard for him.  This little boy deserved to experience this trip with his Daddy.

Buddy Bee was surprisingly calm and still for this experience.
I think he was in utter amazement about riding on Thomas.

This little boy will always have the most special place in my heart.

We are moving.....Our ride on Thomas has begun!

We couldn't help but admire the beautiful Lancaster countryside and Amish farms.

Our friends joined us on this special adventure with Thomas.

I am so glad we picked an open car.  It was such a neat experience for the Buddy Bee.

He was so happy.

Oh, Buddy Bee your hair....

Buddy Bee wanted to catch a glimpse of Thomas after our ride.

There he is!

These boys were so cute waiting for their turn to ride the mini train.

Despite his love for Percy, Buddy Bee wanted no part in standing near his favorite train.

I am so glad I snuck away from the other activities to capture these pictures for my boy.

There was one more surprise for the Bee.  Thomas was not the only train he would be riding today.

He was enjoying this trip so much, but he was also so very tired.

I love this man...

This was a beautiful train car.

Even this little guy was enjoying his train ride.

So tired....

Buddy Bee is such a little entertainer.....

Good-Bye Thomas!

Tomorrow holds even more surprises for the Buddy Bee...
