On a fall day in October the Park family headed to the Ross Park Zoo (Binghamton Zoo)!
The Ross Park Zoo opened in 1875 and it is the 5th oldest zoo in America!
The first stop was at the goat exhibit. Goats are always a Buddy Bee favorite.
No Andrew...Buddy Bee's love for goats does not mean we can get goats! :)
The red panda family was still sleeping up in the top, left corner so we decided to come back later!
A content and happy Mountain Lion.
You have to love this curious little guy!
I could have watched the Snow Owl for hours.
A sleepy Arctic Fox
What an awesome experience Buddy Bee had when this wolf came right up to the window of the viewing area and sniffed him!
Buddy Bee and his friend Ella!
Buddy Bee was not impressed with the "BIG CAT".
Buddy Bee was very impressed with this crew!
They were a noisy little bunch!
It was lunch time for the sea otters.
Buddy Bee had to see these penguins once more.
Buddy Bee the penguin!
"ROOAAR!"
Buddy Bee don't lick the stone lion...
Someone was getting sleepy.
Before we left we had to go see if the Red Panda's were up!
Fun Fact: Binghamton, NY is considered the "Carousel Capital of the World" as it is home to six antique carousels.
Unfortunately, the carousel located at the zoo was closed for the season so Buddy Bee didn't get a chance to ride.
Buddy Bee had a great time on his first trip to the Ross Park Zoo...even though he was a bit grumpy.
It was a perfect family adventure!
